Organic Ginger Tea Recipe

  • Use about 4-5 inches of Organic Ginger with the skin on.
  • Slice very thin for best results. Use juice that runs from slicing.
  • Bring a gallon of Distilled water to a boil.
  • And add the thinly sliced ginger to the boiling water.
  • Cover and let boil gently for 20 minutes.
  • Keep covered on the stove to cook completely ( maybe over night ).
  • Pour only the liquid into a glass container, or you can pour it back into the empty water container Must be cooled !
  • Compost or toss the boiled ginger. Sometimes I add it to a stir Fry that day
  • Will last up to 5 days in the Refrigerator.
