Organic Ginger Tea Recipe
- Use about 4-5 inches of Organic Ginger with the skin on.
- Slice very thin for best results. Use juice that runs from slicing.
- Bring a gallon of Distilled water to a boil.
- And add the thinly sliced ginger to the boiling water.
- Cover and let boil gently for 20 minutes.
- Keep covered on the stove to cook completely ( maybe over night ).
- Pour only the liquid into a glass container, or you can pour it back into the empty water container Must be cooled !
- Compost or toss the boiled ginger. Sometimes I add it to a stir Fry that day
- Will last up to 5 days in the Refrigerator.
