Peace Maintenance
HOLISTIC HEALTH COACHING

Peace Maintenance is Stress Management/Anger Management program designed for the group or the individual. It is created to help all people interested in learning to help themselves to a Calmer more Peacefully balanced life. The tools given are simple and basic.

Principles of Peace Maintenance/ Stress Management given in this program have been taught and continue to be taught by me (Nitya) at such facilities as The Valley Hospital in Bergen County, NJ, ECLC School, Bergen County, NJ, Head Start, Long Island NY. to name a few. You can find a list of current Peace Maintenance Classes by visiting our "events and classes" page.The program is divided up into different practices/modules, such as Breathing, Meditation … . each containing a variety of different practices /exercises with in the module designed for the individual or the group. Practices are done in an experiential way, allowing the client to find which experience resonates with them. Since people all learn in different ways each way of learning is addressed, audio, visual, kinesthetic, tactile.

Maintaining Peace and being Stress Free is the goal of all beings. I allow you to find the ways that help you to your goal of Peace Maintenance.

Meditation

The goal of Meditation is to focus the mind and to connect you to yourself, getting to know yourself better and bringing feelings of Peace, Balance, Focus, Calm and over all Wellbeing to you. Meditation techniques are taught in PEACE MAINTAINANCE/ Stress Management.

There are many types of Meditation techniques, that teaches you to pay attention.

Have you ever had the feeling of oneness and calm as you do simple things like:

... this is a glimpse into meditation.
