With all the things I know about stress and anxiety solutions one thing I can tell you for sure is that some days you have to surrender to it. Make that vegetarian organic pizza. Watch reruns of Ancient Aliens and just pet the puppies. Start to draw or color it is OK !
Tomorrow’s another day and the thing that helps the most is to pick up those books with positive uplifting affirmations, talk to friends who support you, sleep, have some tea, I know that tomorrow is another day filled with infinite possibilities. There are plenty of inspirational videos on You Tube also.
Two emotions cannot occupy the same space. So fill the space with positive uplifting vibrations, thoughts, people, books, pictures, music, and let’s not forget are fine furry friends.
