The Joint Freeing Series (JFS) is a series of movements to release the major joints of the body, freeing Prana, increasing range of motion and strengthening muscles, which support joints.
The Yoga Sutras, intrinsic to the execution of the JFS will be woven into the practice.
The why of the alignments of the 4 body types will be integrated through the practice, deepening awareness and mindfulness on many levels.
Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing practice) and Relaxation Techniques will be practiced.
This workshop is available to everyone regardless of previous experience.
Structural Yoga Therapy™ SYT adapts yoga to the client’s unique needs. It respects the body’s innate capacity to recognize safe, healthy movement and healing.
