Rosemary Mushrooms with Peppers over Noodles (Zucchini)/Vegan
First spiral two Organic medium zucchinis
Sauté half a Organic red onion sliced and three cloves of garlic sliced and a teaspoon of Organic Dried Rosemary and a 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of organic Tumeric powder, sea salt & pepper in EVOO
* don’t use to much salt now as it’ll draw the water out of the zucchini and salt wanted served if it’s required and use sea salt.
NEXT slice about a pound of Small Organic Portabella mushrooms
And an Orange, Red or Yellow Organic Pepper.
Add about a half a cup to three quarters of distilled water to what’s sautéing in the pan,to make the sauce, then add the sliced mushrooms and pepper.
HEAT til vegetables get warm and then turn off the flame…….
TOSS……. And then toss in zucchini noodles. Turn till the noodles are coated AND SERVE
