Nitya is Certified with The International Association of Yoga Therapists, a certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach & Educator and a Creative Energy Artist.

Nitya’s goal in life is to help people heal and feel all the Joy & Love that is - ever flowing and constantly available in our lives on all timelines all the TIME. As an Artist, Certified Yoga Therapist and Holistic Health Wellness Coach & Educator she knows & feels that when modalities are combined or used individually, a greater insight, freedom, Joy and Happiness are able to be accessed. We see our True Nature. Our True SELF.

 

Nitya awakens, uses and enlivens the Creative pathways of Art, Yoga Therapy and Holistic Lifestyle Practices, individually or together, to assist in creating a balanced Mind, Body and Spirit filled with LOVE. The Practice of Movement, Full Awareness of Consciousness and Creative Energy are essential in allowing individuals to synthesize with their True Nature. Learning to sense and delve deep into The Body’s Knowingness and Cosmic Awareness through Flow & Inspired Guidance.
