I feel a large part what is helpful and essential for all beings is to have the ability to go back to the SELF –
Centering~Ground to Earth & Connect to Above.
The quality and experience of feeling centered allows individuals greater creativity by creating space for love to flow and to be one with ALL.
This simple and profound practice as a prelude to the creative process allows for some wonderful space to be quiet in, we may be still… or sway a bit, however as we connect, we are able to draw ourselves back to center as this is a Creative and Spiritual practice. It is as Simple as the ABC’s of Unleashing Creativity.
